I believe in the inherent dignity and worth of each person and believe there is no stronger power of transformative change than that of the therapeutic alliance.  That relationship then forms the platform from which behavioral and emotional changes begin to happen through thoughtful engagement, skill-building, and utilization of strengths and resources.

There is power in symbols.

The PEGASUS best exemplifies

my ideas about the how to live.

I believe we should have

"feet on the ground" (live in the present)

but also have "wings to fly" - meaning goals, dreams and "more" than just existing

We must believe in who we are and

never forget what is possible.

Why the name "Pegasus??
